i did think i'd see you downstairs for armin but it was rammed!:wtf:
i ended up leaving at about 3, because one of the guys i came with had got thrown out for touching up a bouncer and pinching her arse and we had no idea where he'd gone. and my other friend had a face of thunder because i'd rejected him to hang out with new people:rolleyes:
i wanted to stay longer but i had to follow my mates really...
definitly up for a few more of those events though, its only 15 quid for a open return from bedford :) might even have to come down alone since my mates didnt really feel it and said the music was too repetitive and there weren't enough vocals.. |

I think turnmills is an amazing place, always busy and they always have quality line ups!
if you like turnmills, you should try The Cross on a "Serious" night. |

OH YEAH!!!!
Just got home now, what a ing weekend. Turnmills was ace, even though we got there a bit late. Music was top drawer. Been at a friends place since then for more fun and mess:D . Finally went to bed at about 2 this morning after being awake since 6:30 friday morning.

Greeting from California
Im from San Diego, I was on vacation in London and was @ Turnmills. I actually booked my return flight home around Armin's set as I was departing from Heathrow.
Unfortuantly my camera took a crap on me that night so I dont have any pic's! :( I was hoping some of the TA's could post some pics or e-mail them to me!
Was an awesome set btw, very different from the sets we get in the US. Much more progressive and harder beats. I think Armin candies it up a bit for the US crowds after listening to his set in the UK. But I'm seeing him in LA in 2 weeks so I can see if he plays the same set.
Any help with the pics would be greatly appreciated!

see, me and my mate both coming from the hardcore scene would have preferred a much more 'candied' set. but then he threw in a few anthems anyway so it kept us happy:rolleyes:
though i wasn't best pleased with the piss taking that comes from putting your hands in the air:o :o
thats a normal thing at hardcore raves.... |

| she's 29, married and only been drunk once in her life! def not ready for our kind of "partying"... haha. she does kinda like the music tho. i think it would be too much for her. man...i love gabriel & dresden tho. :( ...grrr. |
