Hey mate, first you gotta have a sample. I use Soundforge to create mine but there are heaps of proggies out there which will do that for you. Keep the sample lo-fi and short if you can. I do mine at 24 kbps/11025 Hz Joint Stereo and try to keep them to 60 seconds. Never have a problem with quality and it don't force people to download megs and megs of they can't stand. I find the TA method of uploading samples to be fine. After you create a New Thread just go down the bottom of the page and upload your file from whereever it's stored on your PC. Of course you can upload to your own webspace or use any of those file hosting places.
