| 311 was my favorite band back in high school and they are probably one of the few bands I would pay to see now. Transistor album was my fav. |

| Aside from EDM, 311 is one of the few bands that I will listen too. There knew stuff isn't all the great, but compared to the other new stuff out, its pretty good. Anything pre "From Chaos," is vintage 311. Been to a lot of their shows and by far one of the best live bands I have ever seen. All the guys are amazing musicians, especially Tim Mahoney, I think he is one of the most underrated guitarist ever. |

| 311 owns. been a fan since the beginning (got the casette tapes to proove it;) ). didnt care for Dont Tread On Me though. SA sounds like a whiny bitch throughout the album. hopefully theyll get back to their (grass)roots before the next album. |

only time i ever saw them was at the Summerfest grounds in '03 (i forget what stage, the one all the way at the north end) but it wasn't during Summerfest so it was great to not have to deal with a huuuuge crowd. i attempted seeing them again during Summerfest '04 but i couldn't deal with the insane crowd and beligerent high school kids so i went to see The Roots instead.
no Milwaukee dates this summer huh? that sucks... |

| I saw them live once at World Music Theater in Chicago - they performed one track that was nothing but drums and it freaking brought the house down. I looked all over there albums but, could never find it or I didn't look hard enough. Still give me gossebumps as to what a jam that was. |
