I'm classifying a bunch of tracks by genre.
Here's a sample from one, I'd say it is trance because (1) it has the underlying melody from the synths and (2) the synths have that hi-NRG sound used often in trance.
Or is it house because of the drum and bassline? Whaddayathink?
Gonna keep the track ID secret as it's a promo that should not be in my greedy little hands. And the ID would probably influence your opinion.

it's all house and it all sounds a bit different
maybe you should classify your tracks based on what you feel or describe them as and not what random people call try to label them as. |

| It's trance in my oppinion, as with the bassline ATB used a similar method with his rework of killer. |

It's the kind of Trance that died, imo...
Still sounds rather cool |

| Well, the sample is a bit short to be able to tell. It sees too atmospheric to be house or techno. |

trancey house. trouse?
i think it blurs the lines, can imagine it in both trance & house sets... perhaps *slightly* more on the trance side. |

| It's one of the mixes on the promo of Dannii Minogue - So Under Pressure(Express Theory Remix). Not sure who did this remix. The others I'd call vocal electro house but this mix has elements of trance. |
