I think PVD himself said in some interview, that he´s not a trance dj. According to his words, he plays "electronic dance music". He also said something like "Lasgo, Dj Sammy etc. were connected with the word "trance", so for many people, trance is the worst music they have ever heard" (someone had (has?) this in a sig here).
And we all know he´s not only a trance dj. His "laptop-case" is full of housy/techno records. Just depends on where and how long he plays |

thats completely irrelevant, he plays trance, he is a dj, therefore he is a trance dj. just because hes ashamed to admit it doesnt make it any less true.

I don't see it like that here, and I browse this forum more often than I should.
TranceAddicts don't have a bias against the big name DJs, its just that so many threads get started about them in the MD that we are quick to criticize their popularity, not their music. I've read countless threads about great songs by each of the big DJs here.
I found your post more than a lil ironic when you were so quick to lump us all into your category of "elitest retards", when that is not the case at all. |
