Télépopmusik - Breathe (Matthew Adams Sunday Breaks Mix)
View this Thread in Original format

Hi guys,

recently heard this song in the original version in some random commercial on TV (again) and thought it was about time to make a half-decent remix for my own purpose (in first instance) :/

Thought I'd share it with you:

Beatwise it sounds very familiar to Derek Howell's Gasoline Fight.
Thought those kind of breaks would fit perfectly over it ;)

Feedback appreciated,

Cheers

ace remix again, your on fire Matt!
Cool breaks, my only critics that imho you could have add a bit more percussion, but really nice work altogether, I like it!

:D

hey matt,

alright, i already liked your broken beats version of TTD, but this tune absolutely rocks :)

nice work - the tracks got a really nice feeling :)

I'm not a big fan of that beat, it's a bit too soft and the constant stutters get quite annoying after a while (not to mentioning sounding like out of time quite often). The percussions are also overly simplistic which makes the whole track drag somewhat.

Rest of the track is very airy and pleasant to listen to, though... but where is the bassline?

fake_illusion
LOL I KNOW that sample, but don't know from where...:tongue2 The beat could be more subtle, but you made use of excellent fx, that's compensating it a bit. Nice track, a bit of ambient feeling. Thanks for posting.

this is great stuff!:D the original annoyed me on that ad but this is sooo much better, there is a lot more depth in this mix and i like the little addition to the melody.

im never dissapointed with a matthew adams production!
