you don't even have to work out! just go on a pill binge and you'll lose all the weight you need to lose. :gsmile:

No pain, no gain?

honestly, if the cruise is in aug. you have plenty of time to drop some lbs without pills.

just drink lots of water and eat more salads and chicken and seafood, instead of too many carbs or redmeat.

my boss used to have a big old santa belly and for the past like 2 months, he's been drinking lots of water and avoiding sweets and eating just salads during the day and oatmeal in the morning. his belly is like almost completely gone...he looks great. he hasn't been exercising either, just watching what he eats.

ok no roids then

id go for the E and dance lots method

that will shed stones off ample bodyweight

E causes a decline in appetite apparently

Thanks for the info. I usually eat eggs in the morning with hashbrowns. I dont eat sweets but i do drink beer and soda which im cuttin off for now. Also going to stop steak and burgers and eat chicken and turkey mainly with some pork too. So im thinking that all will help along with cutting down my portions.

Go to the pharmacy/drugstore and get them to recommend some good fat burner pills for you. Get a good protein plex shake and have a shake in between meals. Either walk at least 15 mins per day or go to a gym and do some cardio excercises like running, cross training, rowing, stairmaster or cycling. Also, do some resistance training (light weights and lots of reps). Cut out any extra fat in your diet, as well as refined sugar. This should help you look great by August.

or he could just take the pills and eat what he wants... that is if he would want to anymore

I lost 30 lbs. in 3 months after a new year's resolution in 2004.

I did it by doing the resistance training that jahnlay just pointed out above...1 hour of cardio and 1 hour of weights 6-7 days per week.

I shifted my eating habits to have a bigger breakfast and lunch and practically no dinner (just soup and whole wheat bread with peanut butter).

I totally don't believe in this "no carbs" because having a whole wheat bagel in the morning is a great idea because the fibre sticks to your stomach and keeps the hunger away for longer. Fruit like pears, kiwis, pineapple also do the job (although high in natural sugar). Key for me is HIGH FIBRE and narrowing your food portions from high in the morning to low in the evening and working out before your final meal.

I swear, you'll lose weight like crazy (I gained all of my weight back because I was stupid for the last year but I'm back on this diet/routine--make sure you have a good maintenance plan when you hit your target) ;)
