I WANNA KNOW EVERYONES FAVORITE CLUB SONG? YA KNOW, THE ONE THAT BLOWS YOUR MIND WHEN YOU HEAR IT AND TAKES YOU TO THE NEXT LEVEL! IT DOESNT HAVE TO BE RECENT...I GOTTA GO WITH DJ JEAN-THE LAUNCH. EVERYTIME I HEARD THAT IN THE CLUB, THE PLACE EXPLODED.
CANT FORGET ABOUT DARUDE-SANDSTORM EITHER! I KNOW THESE ARE A LITTLE OUTDATED BUT I HAVENT BEEN TO THE CLUBS IN A WHILE. THERE ARE NOT ANY CLUBS IN MEMPHIS THAT EVEN PLAY TRANCE MUSIC
Dj Furee
I gotta say Trevor and Simon's (put your) Hands Up (in the air and dance to the beat!!) I agree no matter how much you hear the Launch you have to be on the dancefloor!!! I think Yomanda's Synth Strings is also one of those songs... I'm always talking about house music, theres many of those singalong house tunes that pack the floor ie. Madison Avenue's Don't Call Me Baby, Armand Van Helden's You Don't Know Me, Phats & Small's Turn Around, Paul Johnson's Get Get Down and many more..

Latez..

I have this sudden urge to go clubbing tonite, thanks alot DJ SHY I have an exam I should be studying for!!

A while ago this song would really drive me crazy: S.O. Project - Direct Dizco. But now I've heard it too much to really excite me... (damn!!!)
And DHS - House of God (a real old-timer!!!) also gets me dancing!
Dj Furee thnx for Trevor & Simon - Hands Up... I always liked that song but never knew the name of it!!!! now I do!

THATS A GOOD ONE DJ FUREE, TREVOR AND SIMON "HANDS UP" (FERGIE & BK REMIX) IS A DEFINATE FLOOR STOMPER. THOUGH I HAVENT BEEN FORTUNATE TO HEAR THIS TRACK IN A CLUB, I HAVE THE RECORD...I CAN ONLY IMAGINE!

DJ SHY, if there isn't many clubs where u live, I know this is easy to say but.. try to hook up with other peeps like you and find out if there's enough interest and start your own thing!! I know it takes money and stuff but hey you never know, you can really start something there, who knows you could be the pioneer of dance/trance whatever culture of memphis!!!

hehe dun mind me, my dream has always been to start off my own club somewhere, keep on dreaming right..

latez...

THATS FUNNY YOU SAY THAT DJ FUREE, CAUSE ALL MY FRIENDS TELL ME THE SAME THING (ABOUT BIENG THE PIONEER). VERY FEW PEOPLE HERE KNOW ABOUT TRANCE. EVERYONE HERE I HAVE PLAYED MY MUSIC FOR HAS ENDED UP LOVING IT LIKE ME. IF ONLY ONE CLUB HERE WOULD START THE TREND I THINK IT WOULD TAKE OFF BIG. WHICH MEANS WHATEVER DJ BRINGS IT HERE WOULD BE IN FOR SOME NICE $$$$$ AS FOR ME, WELL HAVING LITTLE MONEY AND NO CONNECTIONS IS NOT HELPING MUCH. I EVEN THOUGHT ABOUT GOING TO A LOCAL RADIO STATION TO SEE ABOUT PLAYING A MIX ON SAT. NIGHTS OR SOMETHING..I DONT KNOW I GUESS I AM A BIG DREAMER. ANYWAY THANKS FOR THE PROPS DJ FUREE!!
OH YEAH, WHEN YOU GET YOUR CLUB RUNNING ILL BE THE FIRST IN LINE PEACE!!!!

Old but gold: Insomnia - Faithless (Monster Mix) and G-Force Part II - Prodigy.

To DJ Shy: Are there any University/College (whatever it's called in the States) bars or clubs near you? They'll be short on cash and would love someone to play for them. I wouldn't expect payment at first but if you put a good night together first time, ie make them a lot of money on the bar, they'll have you back - it's a great way to get experience and no-one really cares how technically good you are as long as the vibe is there.

Gotta go with "Mars & Mystre ft Cpt. Tinrib - Save The Rave" and "Push - The Anthem" or perhaps "Safri Duo - Played Alive" for a newer tune.
