PvD’s first Summerstage in ’03 was a real disappointment for me. I was spoiled by having just spent a month in Europe going to festivals including Love Parade. I also had a quick brush w/ PvD at Love from Above at Columbiahalle, which still ranks as one of my top 3 parties ever. I was completely alone in Berlin, but met very cool people some of whom I still keep in touch with today. So yeah, my experience of the first Summerstage was a little biased. It just didn’t hold a candle to LP and LFA. |

i agree...im not sure why it was a disappointment...i mean it WAS the first summerstage...

3rd time was still better than 1st IMO but not much better. 2nd KICKED some serious ASS. :crazy: |

The 3rd being last year? That was awful, probably the worst PvD set I've heard. |

lol ur prolly right, im judging it partly based on the company i was with. i actually had a lot of fun during the 3rd one. the 1st one i just couldn't get into... |

iam really not a fan of it to me it kills the whole experience of it being an outdoor event
iam deff sneakin in extra vodka and cranberry's just to enjoy the experience lol |

aren't they just going to search all bags? i mean some girls can hide the little bottles of alchohol in their bras (believe me it works ;)), but that might be about it. i just want to bring some frozen bottles of water, but i don't even know if that'll fly |

yeah but i can see them trying to protect their vendors' interests by ensuring people don't bring stuff in. plus pot is much easier to hide than a bottle of vodka...who knows i've never been there so we'll see on friday |
