DJM-500 or Ecler SCLAT 8?

| I currently have a Pioneer DJM-500, but can get the Ecler SCLAT 8/8 for $300. This is the older version, not the 8/100 or 8/200. Which one do you think would be better for trance or have the better sound? |

The old SCLAT mixers have AMAZING sound quality, as well as build quality...and are built like tanks and WILL last forever.
But it does not have effects like the DJM, and it is a bit big and bulky...if thats a problem for you. The 100mm faders are smoooooooooth though! :D |

So I should sell the DJM-500 and pick up like an EFX-500 :) |
