Too short for prison?

Apparently to avoid prison time, you have to be short. Thats messed up, hes a sex offender and should be in freakin jail.

"I want control of you until I know you have integrated change into your life," the judge told Thompson. "I truly hope that my bet on you being OK out in society is not misplaced."

| Might not be fair to the people who do get sent to jail, but this is certainly a more proactive way of dealing with crime. At least now he has a chance to turn his life around and to contribute as a member of society, rather than screwing him up even more (the traditional way). |

I once saw a pedo getting beat up. I say 10 mins with the father of the kid. And compensation for the kid.
Probation is just letting a pedo out and about. If he does it again is he going to be put in jail? If then why not now? What has changed? Nothing I'd say, just done 2 rather than 1. |

| they are probably considering the health of other inmates, if a 5'1 guy drops the soap in the shower, a 6'0 guy might put his back out trying to violate him....... they should just chop his nuts off and throw him in solitary........... |

And Ex cops, anywhy i agree with 10mins with the farther, tust me if i had a kid and someone rape him/her, the person would never do it agein after 10mins with me. |
