oh well , after partying all nite and assuming that some chemicals have been used ,i always do the following and it helps the recovery.
1- stay out of cold, keep it warm
2- first eat some food that are easy to chew , like milk+fruity loops
3- have some fresh fruits e.g water melon
4- take some vitemin pills
5- don't smoke a J cause you've had enough the nite before
6- sleep in a warm place.
And after waking up it feels so fresh and nice . |
I disagree with #5. Smoking a J afterwards helps in the aftermath. At least in my experience. |

thats a must.. i mean.. no js after parties is like pop corn without butter...
gotta love it when my friends from michigan hit the to scene.. the afterparties consist in rolling around 7 joints at the same time and as soon as they are ready just light them..
between 15 to 20 people tho ;) |
