Just got back a bit ago from seeing Sharam... was fairly spacious (not too packed at all).. and he threw down a nice friendly set, spotlights:

Dreams, Say Hello (ID Remix??), Flashdance, some song with the lyrics "Deep Breath", Radiohead remix that I can't name right now as an encore.

Good time, good set, ty bouncer for not letting me get a picture with Sharam and seeing me out to the exit, while the girls (my friends) i walked into the area with were untouched and got a pic... Just a bit different treatment I guess for girls and guys... I wasn't even insincere or anything... I think I even said please lol...:whip: Oh well... it's still Boston..

Either way, fun night :)

lol no there have been great summer nights 2 avalon when i was living there... this club has gotten rid of all its cool elements lol. apparently the LEDs and all cool lights are gone along with their quality bookings and cool parties. shame.

Um, this is pretty much inaccurate if I could say so myself.

Bookings are way not based on season, but more on who's around when. It's only a known fact that most DJs spend a lot more time in Europe / Ibiza in the summertime, leaving less time for US tour dates.

Also, the set-up on Friday was pretty darn cool, and generally aside from them not having a laser, I'd say their elments look pretty cool.

An about vibe, well, that much I can agree about that you can't change that there will more lee hotti's than true TA fans... but that's life in most of the US... This has ALWAYS been like that though in Boston, and elsewhere too...

So about most of what you said, I couldn't disagree more...

Last year, July, Above & Beyond, HIGH quality night :)
