Holy en !!!!!
I get there at 12:30am and as soon I walk into the lobby, I see HOT GIRLS ALL OVER THE PLACE!!! I swear I have never seen so many hot girls at Avalon during an EDM Night.
I then walk into the main room and immediately see Danny walk in and out of the stage. The crowd goes nuts, but he's not on yet. It's finally one o'clock and Danny gets one. He puts on this thunder intro and throws in some bangin house. The crowd goes nuts. Then towards the end of the song, he stops the music, throws in the thunder again, and gets on the microphone.... He says, LET'S START ALL OVER AGAIN, gives a speech, gives thanks to LA, gives Justin props for warming up, he said THANK YOU LA FOR LETTING ME BE MY SELF and even says he's going to "PLAY SOME CLASSICS".... He starts even harder and the place explodes.
After that intro, his house was too soft for me. I wasn't feeling it. I began getting bored, and start contemplating if I should leave or not. But something was holding me back. Oh boy, was I glad I stayed!!!
I was upstairs with Fei Fei and the gang when out of no where, Danny began playing some HARD TECHNO!!!!! I went nuts and I knew I was in for a treat. By this point I still haven't recognized any tracks.
:eyes: :eyes: Then time starts flying by. It was now almost 5am and I was still at Avalon hearing techno. While on my own little zone, he dropped a techno remix WORK THIS . I knew something good was coming.
Danny starts ing with the song, takes the bass out, throws it back in, and BAM! He throws in an old school techno bassline. I was trying to id the bassline because it sounded so familiar... Then all of the sudden I hear this bell and BAM!!!! INSTANT ORGASM!!!! The crowd was relatively quiet and i en jump HARD!!! Everyone looks at me like WTF, and just like a little girl I began screaming! Everyone still has this puzzled look on their face and I had to tell someone what was coming! Fei Fei was next to me, and I told her... OMG!!! LAST TIME I HEARD THIS SONG AT A PARTY WAS IN 1992!!!! And she still was like WTF!!!! I told her watch!!! It's an old techno song....
And just in sync with the song I screamed $50 OR MORE!!!! THE HOUSE OF GOD!!!! Unen beliveable..... He dropped DHS - THE HOUSE OF GOD!!!!!! :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: :eyes: I have not heard that song at a party since 1992!!!!! INSTANT ORGASM!!!! Just to hear that song live made my whole night worthwhile!!! He then dropped more old school, but I don't remember the names! I also heard Lil Louis - French Kiss on the patio! That's another instant classic orgasm there!!!!
By this time it's like 5:30am - 6am, he stops the music again, and got really weird. This was my que to leave!!! The place was still sold packed!!!! But my body couldn't take it anymore. I left!!!!
AWESOME EN NIGHT!!!! Wish more of you would've made it. I saw a lot of old school friends there, but very few TA's. The usual TA suspects I ran into were Simon, Bas, Clovis, Drew, Richard, KarenLuvs2Party, TSG, Bunny, Donnie Brasco, Shafer, and I met a few TA's that rarely post. It was nice meeting you guys!
