As I can't see the video where I am (MOZILLA FIREFOX), I can't comment on where in the library did this person masturbate, but I think that if s/he was at least in the restroom (WC/washroom) and in a stall, it should be OK. Now, if it was out in the open where the books and most visitors are, I wouldn't be so fine with it. |

He did get caught & got kicked out, then the genious library manager let him back in. Then he got caught again, but this time it was from the news hidden camera. Then the news guy interviewed him outside the library & after initial denial the pervert fessed up & admitted on tv to beating off to pron in the library. Then the news team followed him to his home & tried to talk to his parents. Then it got confrotational lol The scumbag should be in jail. If I was a parent & was there with my kid & my kid caught a glimpse of that, i'd prolly shank him with a library ruler. |
