That's pretty low.
Especially for you.
Josh is my friend. Why wouldn't I stand up for him? |
oh dear, that sounds a lot like a 'social club/frat' activity and we all know how strongly against social convention josh4 is. josh4 would not approve! |

You know what? This previous exchange has NOTHING to do with Josh. This is between you and me.
Do you defend your friends? |

if you're asking me if i play mother hen to my friends...no. my friends have enough balls to stand on their own two feet plus they aren't the type that naturally pisses everyone around them off, but if it ever came down to brawl, hell yeah i'd be in the middle kickin teeth in! |

There's one thing you might have forgotten. This is the internet. You're familiar with bandwagoning so you should know how easy forums exhibit such behaviour. When you have a ton of people pouncing on you at once (more than half of them not knowing what it is they're criticizing, or why), it's kind of a hard situation you find yourself in. Being a friend doesn't necessarily mean "playing a mother hen". If you know that your friend is being wrongfully abused, why not stand up for him. After all, your friends define who you are.
Josh obviously doesn't piss everyone off around him. He has a few friends here and there. Unless you'd like to prove otherwise? You seem to be so sure of yourself that Josh is a horrible guy and that he shouldn't be here.
And since this IS the internet, that says a lot about your character if you're one of those who attacks a user for s and giggles (to be accepted). |

I see ignorance is one of your strong points.
Take a step back and look at yourself. If you don't notice that your friends affect/have affected who you are, then you either don't have any friends or are simply confused. Tell me. If your friends are polar opposites, would you really be friends with them? |

So basically it's people that you use to have a good time, yourself.
Your definition of a friend is way too simplistic.
I'm not sure why you find this all so funny, really. I'm trying to have a serious conversation with you and your responses are starting to look the equivalent of arcadia's. |

It's not like you ASK your friends to define you. It just happens.
So basically this how I see the situation at hand. Not only have you made an entire thread about the "uselessness" of Josh being around here but you also speak badly of him in various posts scattered throughout the COR (and maybe elsewhere).
The reality of this situation (at least in my eyes)?
You envy the negative attention that the guy gets. That's why your posting style has changed over the past few months. You've become much more bitter and aggressive.
Whether this is the actual situation or not, I could care less. I just felt like letting you know how I'm seeing this. Whether you reply to this or not is insignificant to me. So I leave you with this, since you don't feel like having a serious conversation:
Have a nice day. :) |
