nice

This looks like it will be good, tracklisting is nice. I like how it goes from chill to heavier stuff all in one compilation.

Should be a great album, the Balance series hasn't let me down yet.

I will definately get this one, looks like a gem =)

got my copy this morning so I'll be jamming out to it in the car. I already skipped about all three discs and it sounded fantastic. I'll update later with a further and more elaborate review. Needless to say I'm pumped.

Listening to CD 2 right now, definitely a good CD for after hours.

The Balance series in my opinion has gone down the shaft after number 5. Let's hope this one will rejuvenate this once amazing compilation series..

I only wish he would have allowed Dayvan Cowboy to play a bit longer before mixing in the next track. I absolutely love that song. All three cds are mint in my opinion, but the midtempo cd has a great build to it. It gradually builds up the tempo going from the ambient-esque sounds of disc one and then before you know it you're immersed in the loungey club house vibes. All three discs are fantastic though, I just particularly liked the way disc two built it up. That and maybe I'm just a tad tired of hearing Les Djinns; no fault due to Jimmy on that account.

I agree, he could have made more room for Dayvan Cowboy. When the intro of the track sweeps up to the introduction of the guitar he cuts directly to a part where the guitar, drums and other sounds run simultaneously instead of letting the guitar be introduced alone. Dayvan Cowbow is absolutely awesome, one of the tunes i've been listening to the most this year.
