Actually, Buenos Aires has a pretty big prog house scene. I think Jason Jollins has commented on it before.
I don't know what baile funk sounds like either. |

Ive been to both and Id go buenos aires over rio. Just mostly a personal preference concerning the women for me though. Id say Rio, Sao Paulo, and Buenos Aires are the top 3 night life destionations in the entire world outside of ibiza. The only difference is that they run year around.
1)The clubs run from like 3am - 8am.
2)You can find people out 5-7 days a week.
3)The downside is that people just party a lot to forget about the poverty.
4)The music is ok but probably not the highlight.
5)The people in argentina are beautiful.
6)Everyone dances and they look good doing it unlike in the states.
7)Forget about pubs and bars, everyone goes to night clubs.
Its a good time. |

I'm glad in your posts that you're doing a good enough job of showing NYTAs why you're so disliked in your own region. You are not here for the same reason as the rest of us and are the exact type of person that we complain about week after week. You are the type of guy who wears identical clothes to everyone else, doesn't know about the music playing (or doesn't care), and solely cares about image and looks. Nobody on here wears sunglasses indoors to look cool, they wear them to cover their dilated eyes.
We go out to have fun, dance (no matter how stupid we look), talk with our friends, and listen to the music. You are the guy at Crobar NYC that sits by the rail all night, doing nothing but checking out women and acting, in general, like a predator stalking his prey. |

Pointless discussion with no relevance to NYC. |

Not really, I like to dance. And rarely will I hit on a girl I dont know at a club. Actually now that I think of it I never have. I care about the music and looks at the same time. Im so multi dimensional arent I?? |

| I'm actually quite interested in visiting Argentina, although I do hear Rio/Sao Paolo in Brazil is quite a great time. And even better, a drive to Chile to SNOWBOARD! |
