We almost had one of those at work.
Also...how the HELL are they going to regulate this? Hire police officers to walk around smelling people? Why don't they just put a ban on noses.

I would usually just tell someone if they are wearing too much...
With stinky people... I just hold my nose right in front of them and give them a disgusting look...
