Well it's been quite a while since I have posted a set. With so many other DJs out there and many of the same tracks availible to all, it's extremely hard to do a set and be satisfied with it as of late. With that said I present my first set using the wonderful technology of Ableton Live. I am just getting my feet wet in the program and I plan on utilizing all of it's abilities to create more interesting mixes. Constructive criticism is appreciated and many thanks to any / all who listen.

i posted this in MWTA but i'll post it here for ya too... ;)

k, just finished listening... the only thing i didn't like about this mix was the last track. i like the track itself, but it just didn't seem to fit the vibe of the set for me. i think ending sets with funkier upbeat "happy" tracks is a great idea, but i think it might have been too drastic of a change from the rest of the set.

other than that, i thought the mix was really good. i always like how your sets start off kind of glitchy and techy and i hate to use this word, but i guess "minimal" might be the best way to describe it. you're really good at working the energy levels up into the more melodic stuff towards the end of sets, which i thought you did really well in this set. i didn't really care for a few of the tracks in the beginning, but i can appreciate the fact that the set was programmed very well. the mixing is great as well, although i wasn't paying total attention to all the transitions, but everything sounded really smooth and i think you did a great job for it being your first Ableton set.

oh, and two thumbs up for using the Spirit Catcher remix of 'Starwaves'... i've been obsessed with that track for a month now! :D
