dear pioneer,
as you must know by now, I decided to take advantage of your "full coverage warranty" that I paid for after the jog wheel on my cdj 1000 came loose. your guys said the entire process would take 2 weeks at most, as they are located in the next town over. one month later we talked and you said not only was my cdj 1000 untouched, but it would require a hundred thousand tiny parts that must each be put on back order from a foreign company. after 9 weeks to the day of seperation anxiety, it found its way back to my door step. the jog wheel was not any tighter and there was a large scratch on the display window that was not there before. I would like to thank you for the complimentary bubble wrap you sent me, that was very generous.
your pal,
jack |

| I appreciate the concern friends but I am confident that nothing will come of a confrontation with them that is anything short of strapping 25 lbs of nitroglycerin to myself and kicking down their door |

But seriously, just take it to them personally, and if that doesnt work, "consumer affairs", if u've actually been wronged these are the guys to see. |

| Call them up and tell them about it. Tell them if they don't do anything you'll file a complaint with the state's attorney and do it. I must admit the bubblewrap part is funny. |
