Has anyone been to this yet? Dani, I think you might have posted something about it or something similar months and months ago.
John and I are thinking of stopping by tomorrow...

see if there are any fliers hanging out in the entrance when you go in .. when I went a few months back they had them sitting out near the ticket booth area .. I think it was like $5 bucks off .. (?)
I suggest going early and allowing sufficient time to absorb each exhibit!
I was there for about 3-4 hours
Have fun, and I thought it was worth the 20+ bucks. = )
Tell us your review afterwards! :) |

yes! i saw the original (i think this one is a copy cat but it doesn't matter) which i think is gunther von hagen's Body Worlds: http://www.bodyworlds.com/ in London in 2002. most incredible-eye-opening-freakyass exhibition i ever saw and i recommend everyone, including children to see it...bc it's US. i paid $17 back in 2002, i'm not surprised at the price... a lil much but it's still worth it, especially if it's your first time. i would love to go, maybe sometime during the week :toothless
have fun!!!! :toothless :toothless :toothless :toothless |

| saw this one a while back. there's one section that can be labeled disturbing, but overall a worthwhile learning experience. |

| i went a few months back, it was sooo worth it, very very very interesting... and the disturbing part is the fetus section.... it was very disturbing... but they have an alternate door if you want to skip that part of the exhibit |

| If u just wanna see dead bodies without any cool effects and like they have at the museum, lemme know. I can sneak u into the cadaver lab at my school, $5 a pop or a copy of some new Trance/House compilation. :D :p  |

I go to the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. In case u dont know, its a DO degree instead of the traditional MD degree(amazingly, most ppl still have no clue what a DO is). Same info, just added to it is OMT, which is like similar to some stuff chiros use. Licensure rules and regulations are still the same for MD and DO's in New York State. |
