Im planning on buying some equipment..
Dont know whats good and whats not..

Thinking about getting 2 of these cds and that mixer...and was wondering about if that is any good stuff to start with..
This is my first buy...havent been mixing before..

nah, you can get better. Those two things have been superseded by far superior models.

The DJM-300 will suit you ok as a starting mixer, but look at alternatives. The new model is the DJM-400. Ecler do good mixers (Nuo2 or 3), so do Vestax (PCV-275). You need 3 band eq, thats really the only absolute must when buying a beginners mixer. Do not buy Behringer.

As for CDJs, look at the 200, far superior to the 100 in every way. See if you can pick up CDJ-800 mk1's cheap, dunno if you'll be able to find them though.

Now its up to you. Go look at the equipment and try to work out why I suggested that stuff instead of what you said. You must read and learn about equipment, you'll be much better off than just doing what other poeple tell you.

If you can't afford it, save up longer.

that's the equipment i started out with in 2004. now i would never get the cdj-100s', i'd go for the cdj-200s' instead. i got rid of the mixer because i wanted a mixer where you don't hear eq changes in the headphones, so i got a vestax pcv-175 and a rotary kit to it as well as i much prefer rotary. anyway the vestax seems overall much better than the djm-300s IMO. dunno what it was about the djm, but somehow i felt that i really needed to blast the headphones to hear the tunes drift soon enough. i'm not suggesting you get a pcv-175 though as it's been discontinued and you can find better mixers especially if you want to hear eq changes in the headphones.
i'm thinking of upgrading my cdjs too, but am not really sure if it's worth it.

Perfect set up. I was recommending this to people, if I had waited I probably would have gotten the CDJ 200s and the DJM 400 (it would have been less than my CDJ 1000 MK2s), but I got the CDJ 1000 MK2s last summer, already had a mixer from my TTs (Vestax PCV 275). Prefer the platter on the CDJ 1000's anyways, I just spent a ton of money on em ($2,077)

Ok...i think im going for the second package then..just gonna find some nice headphones too...
I have to thank all of you for helping me out...its like a jungle for a noob to deicide wich to get..

Where are you buying the stuff?
Danila
I got CDJ's 200 few weeks ago and love them.

I really enjoy the loop function (You can cut the loop in half as much as you want and fine adjust it on the fly + apply effects on it)
The effects are nice also. The pitch resolution is good at 0.02 at 6% pitch.
