Little competition for yeah all....design a logo!
Bored, got some spare time? fancy a wee competition?
Ok, im setting-up my own business (been thinking about this for 6yrs now and been planning it for 2yrs (business plan and everything is all done):
Music Project, 2 of them covering the whole of Edinburgh.
The project's will not be starting untill Spetmeber 2007 (possibly 2008) at least -awaiting funding.
These will be the state of the art music projects offering FREE music workshops to young people in Edinburgh with access to the BEST music equipment.
However, we need a LOGO for the company (solo companyt o begin with NOT Limited):

Go to 'Info' then 'Application guide' - you will get a list and information on how your work must be formated (Adobe will be the best programme to use) - MUST be submitted to myself.
DESING: Can be anything you like - can include a logo name across it - bear in mind it is for a music project. Prefferbly something small - check out the site above to see what their logo size is like - they are all perfect. Can have a small background in it if you like - anything that takes your fancy. ENJOY!
HOW MANY?: you can submitt as many as you like.
SUBMISSIION: you MUST submitt your work to myself: [email protected] by the 20/07/06 in any of the formats mentioned and accepted by the 'goodprint' site (Adobe will be best).
WHAT IS IN IT FOR YOU?
Your name - you must give permission - will be shown on our leaflets and will also be shown on our website ONLY.
MONEY- winner will receive 50-pounds (UK). You will be gaurenteed this. Sent by September 30th 2006 - GAURENTEED.
CONS
I will be honest about this, whoever designs a logo that will be used for our company will mean you do NOT own any rights or the copyright to the logo - it will be solely for the company to use as it pleases. You must be happy with this before you submit any work. We will NOT under any cirsumstances sell the logo for money (not that anyone would want to - we arent 'Nike' or anything). You will get full credit for the logo - mentions etc.
WINNER WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY THE 28/07/06
Be under no illustions that this is not happening. The company will definetly go ahead and will be a success as intesive research over 2yrs has taken place.
ORIGINALITY
Sumbmissions MUST be of your own work and be ORIGINAL, we will be searching on the web to make sure you have not copied and pasted any logo's
