I actually HAVE cut down since my birthday celebrations...
Feels good to finally get back to the gym, focus at work and not forget my keys everywhere...
AND I can honestly say that saying to myself 'there is always another party' really is working and I don't have to convince myself of that anymore... :D :D :D |
