General announcement.

- Due things beyond our control we will not be able to have fireworks because the city will not let us. We fully apologize and we are trying to make it up another way. This was really the first big snag we have hit and hope that the general public understands that we tried everything in powers to make this happen. We fully appreciate everyone supporting us and cannot wait for this week end to finally come.

Right now we are including prefered parking spaces for those who buy a VIP week end pass. We are working out all the details over this week end. We will also have areas close to the venue that we will offer free shuttle busses that will bring people back and forth all day long. We are also in negotiations with a few farmers to level some of their land as parking is an issue on normal week end that needs to be rectofied.

I don't know Montreal very well but I wouldn't classify this pick up location as "close to the venue" and 4 total buses carrying 82 people total doesn't really seem like enough. I'm glad I have decided to drive. What is the parking situation going to be for us who drive and don't have VIP tickets?
Sundance
The reality is there was not that many people asking about the shuttle busses so we did not go over board. From what we are told there is room for 4000 cars with in the general area and smaller shuttle busses bring people from the lots all day long.
Enjoy
Sundance, check your pm please.

Ok mais normalement au beach club on peut pas apporter d'alcool mais on peut apporter de la nourriture. C'est un règlement juste pour le Sundance?

I predict MASSIVE traffic! It'll probably clog up a big chunk of the 640.

I'm gonna try to leave Montreal at around 8AM.

malek
i'm not affraid about the 640.

Its the little town with its narrow street... poor residents. :p
