Very excited about tomorrow night, almost had an heart attack this morning when I had a call saying Andrea Doria missed his plane because of a train problem...
Gladly, we managed to get him a flight tomorrow, so he is still coming to Montreal!
And I... am.. ready.. to... ROCK! |

I am very disapointed to tell you that Andrea Doria will not be there tonight, due to transportation complications in Italia.

i'm very sorry mate for this bad news, but this is more bad for me, believe me. My reserved train from Bologna to Fiumicino Airport in Rome, that i should take at 00:44 AM has been cancelled with no reason, and they gave no answers to my question about the reason why. I rent a car, but the office opened the doors at 7 'o clock... so... not much time to arrive at Fiumicino Airport in time.
Yesterday i had 10 hours of train for nothing and i had slept only 2 hours over 36... Some friends said to me that i should go to the airport in car, but last 2 times someone tried to theft it. This is ITALY mate, and it's too difficult to make to understand how it's strange this country to someone that not alive here.
I have never mess to no one single event in my life and I am very sorry for this lack. I feel tons of responsibility for this.I had to leave a day before, but i did not imagine this kind of misfortune this time.

Wow see thats a responsible promoter for you.
Have to hand it to martin for telling people he wont show up.
We all remember the desyn fiasco where they just didnt tell anyone so they would make as much money as possible....same with aria and burridge.

Well thanks but I don't feel to hot about it...
But this one is way beyond my control, even changed the airplane ticket 2 times, but Andrea and I couldn't do nothing about it.
The guy is a class act, and REALLY wanted to be with you in Montreal, and says he will not manage any efforts to make it up.
I think it's just comon sense to at least tell people.
I will still be behind the decks with The Autist, and will probably come up with a nice guest before the end of the day. :-) |
