Need a place to live!!

Hey guys sorry to post this up.
But I am getting desperate. I need to find a place to live for two months (july and august). my lease at the place im living now ends july 1st and I don't want to sign a 12month lease because i don't know if i will be living in LA past august.
I know there are quite a few places downtown that offer month to month rent, but they are pretty expensive (i.e. medici, orisini, pegasus, promenade towers, the met etc.) i'd like to find some place under 800 a month at the max
i was wondering if anyone knows of any places that do month to month rent or have any friends that will be gone for the summer who are looking to sublet.

i've actually been scavanging craigslist already though :)
I'd prefer not to live with people i don't know though. I have someone who will possibly live with me for the second month, so if its pricey i can maybe manage the first month.
i'd rather do that than live with people i don't know

| haha whats funny is i know from experience...but i still say its only 2 months. thats how long i lived in my last place cause 2 of the 3 roommates were crazy. i found it on craigslist lol. seriously though its impossible to tell if someone is crazy or not till you live with them. |
