I can't hear much resemblance between the two clips, but I'm guessing you're talking about the lead sound from the latter one... I can't help you, sorry, :( but DAMN that sasha remix is sweet! :D

haha its not their identical, but im trying to get a similar sound, kinda prog house almost minimal, almost a pulsey kind of lead. cant get it right!
