I've NEVER heard of freshwater Eel... Maybe they have eels in Milwaukee? Mine always looks yellowish with some blackis edge sort of thing- I find it perfect. I am somewhat of a SUSHI FREAK and where I used to live they had an all you can eat for 12$ @ the Benihanas in Lima and me and my buddies would KILL that ! I got to know the chef and he cooked me up some crazy stuff- Stuff I've never seen before! |
