it was sorta hard... one of my boys actually rented it out that night and was going to throw his usual "asian-party" to make the quick buck (like he always does).... i said, listen, do this... spend a little more money... and youll make A LOT more money... my friend Matt is close friends with Hydroid (organizing his America tour, hes opening for Cosmic Gate in Missouri!! lmao)... so yeah, we worked out the best possible price, and i made the promoter (the asian-party guy) think outside the box to how he could REALLY make money (thats all he cares about... he doesnt know Hydroid)..... so yeah.... Avalon management had nothing to do with this, to make a long story short....
....and yes, Mark Ian will be opening and closing!!!! w00000t... hes gunna be playing A LOT cos the MOST Hydroid will be playing is 3 hours, so this is finally the chance Mark deserves, i hope every1 goes to support, and see my boy Mark rip it on opening and closing... not to mention Hydroid! |

| oh yeah thats right.... Hydroid will be closing for SUN PROJECT on the 15th, so you definitely wanna be there for that... he also has a few guest spots at ABYSS, PALOOZA, and another club in Jersey im forgetting... |

ahh... nice.. so pretty much this was promoter organized then. good to see mark spinning the decks though. i will definitely be checkin this party out then. gonna be a big night for him if he's opening and closing the whole party... :) |

Mark Ian is an aspiring DJ who has been scheduled to spin at Avalon, NYC along with Hydroid and Hai Lee Chen on the 3rd of July.
Mark Ian spins progressive trance, but can even go onto tribal and sometimes a bit of hardstyle.
I am in the process of getting his mixes uploaded, and I am sure you guys will like it.

I urge NYTA's to come through for this event. Expect an intense, energy filled set, and show support for local talent.. not just for Mark but as well as to hear Hai Lee & Hydroid rip the decks, that'll make you fist-pump and stomp all night long! (kidding, no guido fist-pumping please)
