I wasnt expecting to be in NY this long (been contracting here for about 6 months now). I just got extended for a couple of months and im sick of just playing my tunes at home.
I mentioned this before, but now i am really serious. Who here is keen for a local deck night?
Who can recomend a venue? for now somewhere small, preferably with equipment, but i dont really care about that.
I plan on making this a weekly event, hopefully we can get a fair few TA's to show up. |

those are only a few established local groups who are doing their things at venues. you might need to network yourself alittle to get in with these kids, some if not most are TA fan based. Good luck =) |

Im not necisarily looking for a night... my style is up the same alley as DJ Echo.
what im looking for is a venue to make a night.
i got a bunch of DJ's from boston interested in coming up and making this a bi monthly thing. I did have a chat with DJ echo about it was well.
Trouble is, i just dont know of a decent venue. I was offered shelter before, but god knows i dont have the cash to pull that one off.
I'm looking for something a little more intimate anyway..... |
