hi fellow tranceaddicts :D ive got a track I want to share with you, I worked a really long time on this, and im feeling really confident about the new "legendary" solarkeys hehe ;)

listening... sounds good, mixing sounds well done, pretty clean! The synth that comes in around 0:39-0:40 could be a little thicker. After that it is straight sinister, I like this a lot. It might get a little muddy in the low end from all the synths, a proper EQ on distorted saw can prolly fix that up. I think the piano, and orchestral section (as lovely as it is) doesn't fit well into this track. I think the breakdown should be kept short and the track stay driving. The track after the breakdown becomes too trancy. It woudl have been better off staying dark and driving instead of uplifting
(I'd like to try a couple things on this track if you don't mind, PM me if it's okay :) )
Really clean tho man, good work here.

great thanks for the listen both of you :), you know the thing is, it was supposed to be an all techno track, but I found the parts from my first Solarkeys sounding very nice in here, makes it a bit marcel woods, ron van beuken.. something in between..,
and dj_kane, the original Solarkeys was made by me ;) richard remixed it ;)! but I promised a couple of guys here I'd do another version, so here it is :) thanks for your time :) |

hey mate, i dont have any comments on this track. i really liked the original very much and thought that one had a lot of emotion n stuff. but this remake version is a 100% better. its pure sex! man really... get this track released!!
im listening to it now...
im having a orgasm! haha lol;)

as ive already said.
this sounds a lot better than your previous work. much more powerful sound. better balance. a definate 100% improvement in overall sound.
i will say that i would like to hear it based on the same sort of structure as my rmx:) like a dub version with the melody only used in the breaks. this style works better for me in clubs these days imo.
more techno based less uplifting.
overall this is great work.

hey rich yea I know that's your style ;) but I found the musical part fit there so well I just had to put it where it is, BUT after a couple of other comments and a lot of listens, you might even gonna get that redo;)!! and Akia thanks for listening man:) glad you liked it! |

takkra mate, i have one request for the track... i love the main piano synths... and only hear them one time in the track... would it be possible to maybe somehow introduce the track with the piano pads and slowly introduce the bassline and kicks? that would be awesome!

nice sound. very ravy, very tech. the synths are all kind of thin by comparison. maybe fatten them up to be as bold as the kick and bass. the piano line is very cool though, and smooth. the break synths and the fx there are great however. the whole thing is very high quality though, good job. i don't know if i heard the original, but this is a good remix. the whole thing as a nice emotional character that blends nicely with the tech aspects.
well done. good mix. very bold bottom. |
