I hate my internal body clock

I've been going to bed no later than 11pm and waking up 6am everyday.

Body is used to it so on a day off, I woke up at 7am and I can't go back to sleep.

Ah well. I'll watch some footy I guess.

Weird how you can condition a body to do stuff.

the worst is working on shift.. gettin used to that time... then when the new schedule goes up..... u have a day were u stay late.. then have to be back in early the next morning.... i call those " bitchy-crabby-tired-'offihaven'tsleptyet'" transition days

my body definitely has a strong built in clock. because I work 9:30 - 7:30, I wake up at 6:45 and go to bed at like 10:30. weird thing is that I usually automatically wake up 2 or 3 minutes before my alarm goes off in the morning (even if i have it set to a different time).

And on my days off, I manage to stay up later, but I still wake up at the same time. i hate it. blah.

i wish i had that problem....

i slept 12 hrs after Vibe..didnt go to lawler and slept another 12 hrs....
