Wow was I impressed.

Does this guy know how to build a set. Digweed took us on a musical journey last night. One of the best nights of music all year.

Then Felix started lobbing bombs that were actually kinda fun. By that time I was pretty much in the bag/done.

Going back to bed now.

I really like the openers. I thought Digweed started off sick ,but kept the tempo real low for a long time. I'm sure he built up and finished strong, but i was with someone who was already annoying me and had to leave early. .:whip: damn damn damn,, why during DigweEd!? well I'll get my full fix at GiAnT. Crazy good pop for Switch - a little bit patchy (Prydz mix) and whatever he played right before that was a kiiiiLLL track!

Good to see 4th & B stacked with people aGain tho after a few slow weeks.
who were the openers?

I went to the Bee Hive a few months ago when Victor was supposed to be there w/Cowboy Mike, but he ended up not showing up. Anyway, I think the two guys spinning that night were the opener for Digweed, although I can't be sure. If anyone could clarify, that would be great, because the opening set was absolutely fantastic and I definitely want to see these guys again. They remind me of the two brothers in Ocean's 11, who are always bickering back and forth but you know they're actually really close. Their tag teaming and cooperation was great.

I was about the 4th guy in the club that night, and I love watching it fill up. I was commenting to friends that because the first set was so good, it was likely that it was going to go downhill from there--but guess what, it didn't!

I'm not one of those people who can name all the songs, or stands there mentally counting the trainwrecks, but I am very attuned to the vibe, and if there's something that causes it to derail, I notice, and most nights there is something sufficiently disjointed that I get knocked off track. But the next thing I knew, I went to get another drink and the bar had been closed for more than an hour.

It was an absolutely fantastic night, my friend and I took a cab home at 4am and my wife says I was talking gibberish, so I know I must've had fun, even though my recollection of some fairly large swaths of the night are a bit fuzzy.

I don't recall it being particularly dark. It was awesome.
