Crouch halts robotic celebrations
Peter Crouch says his robotic dancing career is over - and will only be revived if England win the World Cup.

That ing sucks balls man...
Everyone is so tight at the World Cup and they forget it's a game after all. What Crouch was doing IMO was great because he was enjoying himself and that's all there is to it.
More reasons to cheer for England... |

I don't even know why this is news and why Crouch is thinking about his goal celebrations. Just net a ing goal first you lanky wanker! I wish the England team could put an entire media ban between matches to avoid the players talking about things like this.
If he scores, why doesn't he just do his dance? Why change just for the WC? There again an English player is putting way too much pressure on himself, the game and the tournament. |

I don't think this was Crouch's decision. There were rumours going on that the FA and Sven himself didn't like those celebrations and probably told him to forget about doing it at the WC and seeing that it might be somewhat a distraction he just decided to put an end to it... this is my opinion anyway.
You're right though, if he wants to celebrate goals that way, he should be allowed without the media making such a big deal about it... assuming that he gets to score a goal at the WC too lol |
