That is a real nice area, and with all the amenities it sounds like a great spot.
But I'm sticking with my old school cheap ass apt for now. Im only a bike ride away from the bay - and there is much to be done at the bay... |

I wish I had 2 BRs and Baths for what I pay in NYC, which is more than this is. Not to mention a parking spot (add anywhere from $250-400/month here), gym, pool, and washer/dryer in apartment. |

when someone says "its all relative" when it comes to cost of living and all that it means that someone in say podunk oklahoma makes fed minimum wage doing a job that out here makes $15 an hr. which makes home prices, gas, food, insurance, everything more expensive. also gas is really expensive here because of the regulations in the state
california has the most stringent in the USA and one of the most stringent in the world. every auto maker makes cars in 2 variants.. 49 state legal and california car.
as i said everything is relative. |
