festivals aside Montreal isn't even the centre of bookings in this country!
random techno bookings coming up in Toronto that likely won't be here include: Marco Carola, Adam Beyer, Steve Rachmad, Green Velvet, Derrick May... *cries*
But whateva, 9 months from now before I really am at the centre of it all! ;) |

My sincere apologies for falling asleep *twice* and missing a 5am headliner in the last 6 or 7 years I have been coming to Montreal for techno shows.

Marcus: I don't plan to ever live in Toronto, but I will be taking a much-needed European sabbatical next year! :)

my comments are often constructive and generally compare the status quo to what it *once* was here a few years ago which I think is pretty fair.. I am not expecting lineups like the one's X-cube posted in this thread.
It's my hope that a few of those names that I mentioned earlier, like Rachmad or Beyer, might even get booked here as well, and I would like to do what I can to make it happen! |
