I followed the same regimen as you. Pre-napped, totally sober all night, post-napped twice, wore 2 layers upstairs, but it wasn't enough. I was still cold up there. |

im sick, not cause i went, but because i hung out with the sketchbags who did go, a few days later.
i am now pretty stuffed up, and i think i have an ear infection (in which i have no hearing what-so-ever).... which may make spinning this weekend interesting to say the least. lol

I'm A OK and i didn't even wear a sweater ....i think what works for me even better than sleep is FOOD!!! i have noticed if i party on a wknd and eat well i usually never get sick :)

i have a bit of a cough, but i think that was coming on before last weekend anyway.
i have finally stopped going to bed at 9 though to catch up on lost sleep. |
