I don't understand why people would make these kind of confessions in a television show :conf: I mean, doesn't that dude even suspect that anything is wrong, when he's waiting in that studio? |
I asked myself the same question.
Do they know they're going to Maury, or do they only know they're going to a "TV show"?

I can't believe the audience is laughing at that. |
+1
I've seen programs doing things as cruel as that before, and I admit I never watched them again - entertainment over someone's sorrow is not human. |

sure it may seem almost immoral to laugh but my god BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
why?
that guy knows full well he's in front of like thousands of people, if he had any balls he would never break down in front of all everyone. i didn't laugh at the situation, i just laughed at the guy's reaction. i'm sure he loves the kid and that he's hurt, but just why would you break down right there? he's like a big crybaby.
i think most men would just act normal, maybe swear a bit, then do the whole hurting when there aren't cameras.
i think it was a set up. the woman is a terrible actor. the guy was hilarious. |

"Their dicks are as big as them sausages"
But yeah how could he not know. The southerners being stupid is a stereotype for a reason apparently. |

yeah, test not necesary. and honestly....the guy probably should have had *some* doubt in his mind.
but that still sucks ass what she did.
and you know what, even if the kid wasn't "mine" - if he meant that much to me, as it apparently did to this guy, i would want some kind of visitation/custody rights for him. i mean, if you have been raising this boy as your own....
guess it brings up the battle of nature vs nurture for consideration of what a "father/dad" is.
poor guy
ps, this is pretty tame for maury - he's usually borderline springer when it comes to this kind of stuff |

From day one? I wouldn't treat it as mine. I mean yeah, I'd help out, but my first thing would be to discuss it with her calmly, get a test done to confirm I'm not the father (for legal reasons), then get a divorce and make sure the real guy is going to be the one paying child support.
Yelling at her and calling her a bitch and such would only make the issue worse. |
when my friend had her baby he looked white but both the parents are black, then within some months he got darker |

| In my state, if you pay child support for a year, the baby is your financial responsibility, even if a later test shows that it is not yours |
