What makes a boy a man? And a girl a woman?

I was just thinking to myself about this question and I was wondering what everyone else thinks.
Does it have to do with hormone levels, responsibility, age, ceremony (bar-mitzvah, commencement, etc.), or something else?
In order to keep this objective, lets have only the females say what they think makes a boy into a man, and only the males say what they think makes a girl into a woman. |

see id have to argue wioth that point, because as a boy i ed many a girls and took their virginity. i dont believe that was there walkay into women hood cause it wa sthere first and they were inexperienced, and it wasny my walkways into manhood cause i couldnt fart in front of them. However i dont believ i entered manhood till the summer of '02 when i was on a coke binge in niagra and began letting them rip where i pleased. that day marked a special moment in my life as i passed gas thru casino niagra and was escorted out by security |

IMO when a girl takes sole responsibility for her actions and responsibilities, she becomes a woman. (I guess the same could be said for boys/men)
