I agree. Road trips are very healthy for my mind and give me much needed reprieve from life sometimes. They always leave me feeling content and happy. I tend to laugh a lot, share A LOT of quality time w/ friends, and hear A LOT of great music. All which leave me more content than from what I came.
I also enjoy walking to work. Its a nice walk here in Collingwood, only 25 mins. It gives me time to myself, to sort my thoughts in the morning. When I drive I'm there in less than 5 mins and I feel less mentally prepared as the day begins. |
