Wow...first heat wave I what do I go do....go to the gym lol.
(must be the roids - kidding!)
Anyways, I really don't like days like these....too hot to do anything really...
Eating habits are screwed, I normally eat VERY light on days like these and sleeping...well...IF you can sleep... :(
I resort to a nice cool shower before I go to bed, it seems to do wonders.
Anyone else have any Dog Days of Summer rituals? |

Im outside reading some novels and a course text in the blaring sun! And loving every minuite of it!
yea, this heat is glorious.
The key to dealing w/ heat, wear a wifebeater! The heat wont touch you then!

Dog Days = ME OUTSIDE!
No matter what i'm doing!
Laying in the sun, swimming, gardening, walking around, getting ice cream, going to the park...
I make up reasons to be outside on days like these!
Luckily for me I have pools to go in and in about a week and a half.. i'll have my own pool to swim in!
Today I hung out in the pool with a bunch of my friends... and went to the Polish Fest for some perogies and sausages & saurkraut for lunch! later on tonight i'm going out and gettin TOASTED with my co workers! nothing like these care free weekends.. and i've got two in a row! next weekend is going to be just as crazy and full of nothingness just drinking,eating, swimming and friends... I LOVE SUMMER
