i don't know why but i'm not a fan of hot drinks, i don't hate coffee or tea but to me drinking means quenching your thirst.
and i feel sorry for people addicted to coffee, those who can't work study or do anything else without downing a huge cup. it's as bad as being addicted to cigs or drugs. |

Agreed, but i do sometimes indulge in a massive amount of coffee before a long run.
AND you should drink before you're thirsty, when you're thirsty you're already dehydrated. Noob |
