hey guys.

i found a copy of ableton live2 (delta) - that came with my m audio card. i never bothered to install it but have decided to give it a try for putting together studio dj sets.

however... after searching here and on google. i cannot find out where to begin..

the manual doesnt say anything about dj'ing with it..

can someone point me in the direction of a tutorial to get me started. that shows me what view i need and how to import/drag the seperate wav's or mp3's i wanna mix.. and how to change pitch of each etc..

if not then a quick expalination might point me in the right direction... i just cannot work it out. its like the screen is so basic compaired to cubase. and like there are nearly not windows to look in???

hope ya can help!

Ableton live 5 is out now, and its much better if you want to DJ. AL 2 doesnt support mp3s, so you're going to have to convert you MP3s into WAVs in order to use them in the program.

If you do decide to keep using AL 2, then all you have to do is convert the tracks you want to use into WAVs, and warp the track. Just google it and you'll find something.

Hope that helps.
