"oportunistic"? I dislike Spain, but what the hell is that supposed to mean? Great teams only need a few opportunities to make the most of them.

Great teams have strategy and methodology and stick to it. Example: Argentina. They play the game almost perfectly.

Opportunistic teams: Spain, Brazil, England, Germany - e.g. they play the game with a hope that they get a right combination of players in the "red" zone and miracle helps.

Did you watch how Argentina plays - like a clockwork, they move with precision, spain plays chaotic - imo. Game over. 3-1.

boooo! I was hoping for Tunisia.... :(

spain play dirty. they take way too many dives and rely on free kicks and offsides way too much. dont like them at all

Look, no question - Spain is a strong team but here's my thought...

You have certain teams where players are not so much concerned about who scores the goal, as they care about winning.

Teams that get MORE OPPORTUNITIES are the ones where you don't see a player hogging the ball until the last second and miss the goal instead of passing to another side and get a score. Why? Ego. "I want my name to be on the list of those who scored".

Perfect example of that was when Ukraine played today. When they played as a "team" they scored. Towards the end, when players just wanted to have their names on the list - you saw 1-man show and that resulted in no scores.

that's the difference, as I think.

i find the end result to be too harsh on the tunisian as they did a great work holding the lead for a 70 minutes, but perhaps Spain did indeed deserve to win this - last 20 minutes were a complete beating over a team that lost their motivation and perhaps started having illusions.

this game is perhaps the best that could have happened to Spain - it scared them enough to lose the euphoria, but gave them lots of confidence by sucessfully managing a comeback. they might not have looked very impressive on the field, but i still have to rate them as one of the biggest favourites - perhaps even #3 only behind Brazil and Argentina.

did anyone realy doubt that Spain would come back strong?

As soon as Raul came on things changed...and he began the scoring for Spain. Props to Tunisia for that early goal and keeping it like that for 70 minutes but Spain deserved the win because the second half belonged to them.

However, no team has looked more dangerous than Argentina so far and Spain won't get through very far I think.

It was hard, but at last Spain opened Tunisia's defense: always moving the ball, with patience.

First half, too many spaces on spanish defense, and the tunisian goal came (2 shots on goal in the entire game). Then, with most playmakers in the middle (great subs: Cesc and Raúl), Spain converted some of his chances, and made the comeback, that for the confidence of such a young team is very important.

Football won, catenaccio lost. Deserved win.

PS Torres, top scorer.

Spain is still Spain, wait until they cross with a real team, like Brasil on Quarts, Brasil will crush Spain, Spain, needs to stop buying foreign player and let spanish people play on their leagues. They don't have anything

Spain started playing football in the second half and had patience to wait out the goals.

Tunisia couldn't stand the Spanish pressure, the turning point was probably when Spain started playing football instead of throwing those long balls into the penalty area which was quite obviously easy for the Tunisians.

Amazing pass from Fabregas to Torres first goal, and the second one on penalty wasn't very impressing, He almost missed it, but still a goal and the top scorer right now in this WC.

Looks promising for the Spaniards, Congrats to the win.
