Yeah it's a shame. He's basically moved from playing pretty wicked tribal and prog to anthem-house and moved from producing tracks like "My Lexicon" to producing tracks like "The Fruit" - what the hell happened? Would still probably go and see him, but I don't think I'd be expecting much. He's basically a house DJ these days, and not a particularly good one at that... :(

its a shame really, his first renaissance everybody comp was his last good mixed cd and since then he has been reduced into yet another electro DJ... gone are the days of his GU nubreed sound.. :(


not holding my breath though, he might come up with another ear infection or he'll prolly on the same bill as morillo again! :toothless

He's a big room, big club, high profile DJ I'd say. And you're absolutely right, he's no longer the cutting edge DJ that say Lawler, or fanciulli DJs who've been popular from about the same era in dance music.
