| Merh, i'm 18 and i'm 5' 9", 113 pounds. No matter what I do, I can't gain weight. The doc says I just have a super-fast metabolism, (My dad was super skinny too until he was about 25). |

it'll catch up with you. i have a friend whose dad was a super skinny cyclist type all through college.. now he's a psychologist and the dude is huge. like 350 pounds. watch out. i'm going to go ahead and call you lardass. :haha: |

| alright well thanks for the replies...and first of all im not emo (sorry dude)...and im very skinny (like i said 112lbs at 20yrs) but im only 5'9 or 5'10 (yea i know im small as ). i think genetics might play a part cuz my mom gets drunk with a glass of wine my dad is also a lightweight (not to that extreme though lol)...see i always overhydrate myself before starting to drink (as in 2-3 full bottles of water before starting shots for the night) and drink as much water as i can while drinking liquor. i think its just the weight and combination of genetics and other variables but its just a pain. i used to smoke opium and i dont recall during those days that it'd hit me harder than my friends who obviously have more mass than me but tolerance builds so fast to that anyways so its hard to tell...psychedelics definately hit me harder than most people my age and i think thats definately attributable to the weight factor. again i used to drink in high school but later started doing a lot of different drugs and now im sort of back in the "drinking" phase and i find that my tolerance is not what it once was as well as hangovers etc etc. so who knows...hehe...perhaps its time to be sober for a while if its such a pain for me :crazy: |

instead of shots, why not try mixed drinks and beer?
it's much more tasty and will take you longer to finish, thus you'll be able to have more.
try this drink:
1 shot amaretto
1 shot rum of your choice
equal amts of cranberry and pineapple juice.
it's tres good. btw, anyone who knows the proper name of it, please tell me. among my friends we always called it virgin's cherry, but i don't think that's actually the name. |
