Didn't really enjoy it to be honest.

Played a really monotonous sound, just bass bascially with nothing else. Was commenting to Cam how ive never seen a dj clear the cave like Kitel did.

I reckon that's a good representation of the differences between the musical tastes of the two cities to be honest, however he's generally very good at reading a crowd and can play a pretty diverse set also, so that's very surprising to hear!

haha bull, you must have caught the first half an hour? the cave wasn't very full at the start of Gavins set but was packed by the end, everyone was ing going off. Awesome set, Laundry is going to book him again soon and hopefully he'll get a longer set so he can play more minimal. He ended with Hugg & Pepp - Snabeln, pissed he didn't play Jittery Heritage! :(

Mark Murphies set afterwards was awesome also, they compliment each other perfectly!

Declan was great that is true, i think you should have stayed for the rest of Gavs set if you didn't like the start ;) the crowd completely disspersed as soon as Mark Murphy started also but they were soon drawn back by his relentless dirty tech house :eek:

minimal = boring as bat

we need more progressive sets like Hernan@Renaissance
