How exactly is this arpeggio created? (sample included)

dear all,
i'm trying to rebuild this arpeggio from the "70ies trance classic" follow me by amanda lear.

it seems to be pretty simple like A > F > D > A, but this recording sounds somehow different!? does the arpeggio use some notes (or better: intervals) or is it just the used synth that makes it sound different?

| tbh i dont even think its an arp, it sounds like just the notes getting played with a load of delay |
